Grading math

A PSA 10 sells for 6.4x the raw price. A PSA 9 sells for $461.97, 1.6x raw.

Even a PSA 9 ($461.97) sells for more than a raw copy plus $39.99 to grade it (PSA Value, for cards valued up to $500) ($327.81 total), so grading pays if your copy is clean enough for a 9; a PSA 10 is upside on top. Most raw copies grade lower than a 9, so check condition first. This is a rough guide, not a guarantee.
