Caleb Nichols was born and raised in SE Michigan. He has always been passionate about trading cards, specifically, Pokémon. He started collecting when he was 10 years old and since then has continued his love in the hobby. Once he got to college, he realized he needed a way to earn money without sacrificing a lot of time, that’s when his love for Pokémon became a business opportunity. He began by simply buying cards at good prices and reselling them for slightly more. He was mildly successful doing this turning over a little bit of profit each month, enough to carry him through college that is. Then he had an idea, what if he purchased ungraded cards and then graded them and sold them?
After about 100 hours of learning how to grade cards himself and many failed attempts, he finally figured out how to pre-grade them himself almost ensuring the coveted Gem Mint 10 grades everyone is looking for. With a little bit of work and a lot of dedication, this hobby suddenly became a business and investment operation.
That brings us to where we are today, a mission to not only spread relative information in all things Pokémon related, but also, help others use Pokémon as a way to enjoy their hobby and gain some serious investment power at the same time.
